We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour, texture, and aroma between batches are normal and expected for stone-ground spices.

All products comply with applicable Indian food safety regulations under FSSAI.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price shown at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message with an order number. Payment is accepted via UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner, natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our returns policy is governed by the separate Returns Policy page at lamasala.in/returns. Key points: we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for any quality or satisfaction reason, and we process refunds within 5 to 7 business days.

All content on lamasala.in — including text, images, logos, brand name, product names, and design — is owned by La Masala. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, La Masala is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore, Karnataka.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
